Clothing Cartel is a verified seller marketplace — purchases are made directly from individual registered sellers, and while we don’t fulfill orders ourselves, we’re here to support you throughout the process.

🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return if eligible. Please read the conditions below before submitting a request.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unused/unworn condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be non-personalized and not custom-made

  • Include your order number and date of purchase

Note: Returns due to sizing issues or buyer's remorse (such as “trying on” or disliking fit) are not accepted by our sellers.

❌ What’s Not Eligible

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or opened

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Power adapters, cables, or incompatibility issues (we can help recommend converters if needed)

  • Orders cancelled after processing (we allow cancellation requests within 1 hour if the order has not yet been processed)

🔁 Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the seller to arrange a return or replacement where applicable. Return shipping fees may apply and are not typically covered by the seller.

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via our support form on the website

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return

  3. If approved, we’ll send instructions to complete the return

💳 Refunds

Once the return is received and accepted by the seller, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Clothing Cartel does not issue the refund directly — but we monitor and ensure seller compliance.

⚠️ Disputes / Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first before opening any disputes. We're here to help resolve any issues fairly and quickly between you and the seller.
